What tiny bit of tension is it safe to release right now? My mind makes a list. My Heart holds clues. My body knows. Maybe it's not about letting go . . . but relaxing my grip so what's ready to be released can flow. And that's where my practice of Wu Ming Qigong comes to the rescue.

When it comes to painting landscapes, I love the energy exchange between nature and my paintbrush. Nature's many moods, like our emotions, shift and change, seeking expressing and balance. Trees stand tall, fearless as they reach for the sky. Clouds renew and reinvent themselves in alignment with invisible forces. I call these links between the invisible and visible worlds figments. Painting nature renews my faith in the natural order of life.
